Requires valid Photo ID, such as a valid Missouri Driver’s License, U.S. Passport, or U.S. Military or Federal ID, to vote in person.

Effective August 2026, HB 1871
Requires electioneers and petitioning to be 50 feet from the polling place’s entrance, expanded from 25 feet. This change excludes electioneers for candidates.
